Thank you for shopping with True Glow Skin. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. The following policy outlines our return, refund, and exchange process.

General Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue so we can assist you.

All returns are subject to review and approval.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 60 days of purchase and must be unused and in their original condition. Returns initiated after 60 days are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged for a different variation, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of purchase.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If the replacement item has a higher value, the difference must be paid. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded or credited.

If a product arrives damaged and cannot be resold, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

If a return is approved and a return shipment is required, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please include your order details inside the package.
